An initial survey of the carpet will be undertaken to determine the structure and materials used in the carpet. This is a very important part of the process. Once the survey has been carried out any spots/stains will be identified. The technician will be able to discuss with you, the customer, the possible outcome of heavily soiled areas and stain removal. An inspection of the fixing of the carpet at its edges and the condition of the seams is then carried out - any weak or damaged seams are pointed out to you and remedial work arranged before work starts.

A dirty carpet is an unhealthy carpet, germs, bacteria, grit, food and drink spillages are not removed by vacuuming alone. Regular cleaning will keep your carpets looking clean, healthier and increase their lifespan.
The IN DEPTH carpet cleaning system hot cleans, deodorises, stain protects then heat dries every type of carpet. It's all in the same process, By taking all the best features of hot water extraction, the best features of dry cleaning (low moisture, mechanical agitation) and combining them together with the patented hot cleaning pad system that constantly heats the fibres as they are being cleaned - you have some of the most outstanding results ever seen.
Two unique mechanisms work to keep cleaned carpet virtually stain free to maintain that just cleaned look longer. A Fluorocarbon Resin (a Dupont Specialty) places an invisible protective shield over every fibre during the cleaning process. It helps prevent dry grit, dust as well as spills lodging within the carpet. Even walked in mud and oily spills have difficulty seeping in. Because the fibre is effectively "non stick" when you our cleaning system clean, vacuuming removes more soil, plus the vacuum cleaner is easier to push.
BLOCKING STAINS
This unique additive helps block dye sites in the fibre that normally allow food spills and beverages becoming ugly stains. When re-cleaned with IN DEPTH - most stains are removed without spotting or special effort.
ENVIRONMENTALLY AWARE
All emulsifiers and greasy soil solublisers are highly biodegradable and degrade rapidly. The natural orange and vanilla extracts used as odour neutralisers have been selected for their non-irritant qualities for those with sensitive noses and bronchial problems.
BACTOSHIELD AND ANTIMICROBIAL
For healthcare, sporting facilities, day care and at home we apply Bactoshield in the same manner as Activator, except that it has a more powerful cleaning action to deal with the type of stains found in healthcare and child care centres. Oily liniments, medicines, crayons and make-up; even traffic lane yellowing on carpet tiles and olefin fibre is removed more easily with BACTOSHIELD.
When your carpet is cleaned, a water-proof, antimicrobial finish is being permanently bonded and locked in place by the fluorocarbon stain protective coating. Previously, the only long term treatment for carpets was when an antimicrobial was added to the fibre during manufacture. There is no proven product on the market today that can provide cleaning and be equal in antimicrobial effectiveness.
